Good Morning All,

Does anyone have access to any info (bias voltage and current) for an
HP Microwave Switch P/N 33144A ? It has an HP label on it that says
that it's SPST with a range of 100 MHz to 18 GHz. I'd like to use it
to key the 10Gz Beacon that I'm building. I think that it's a shunt
PIN diode switch that, with 0 bias, it has minimum insertion
loss. It seems to like a positive bias.

I've looked through my HP catalogue library, it goes from 1982
forward, with no results. Not much with Google either.

Thanks,

Chuck, W7CS
