[Moon] Skeds for SP6GWN on 13 cm for May 9

Henryk SP6GWN has limited window for now and can operate on 9 of May from 
1000Z till 2030Z begining of last 30 min sked.
Unfortunately he does not have window to VK at this time.

SP6GWN has good signals and he will start first 2.5 min sequence.
So far we have following skeds on May 9,  on  2304.120
