[Moon] CXpedition Update IV

Hi Monika & Michael,

Was copying you at 1400z, your signal was great at about 5/4 off the
moon and you were very busy
 ( many stations calling you and you were very busy working them at that
time) 
so waited to call as you were filled until 1600z, to call you.

Was on at 1600z looking for you, had good echoes,
 Must be you finished as no one was on the moon then.

If you are on the next moon, what is a good time to do random about
1400z to 1600z.
