I was so sorry to hear of the passing of SM7BAE.  We had completed on144 EME CW back in my early days in Turkey when I was running just 400watts, a single yagi, and a very noisy preamp in the shack.

Ican't remember if Kjell was the first SM-TA 144 QSO or one of thefirst, but I remember fondly his adventurous spirit in trying (andsucceeding,) with a little station like mine.  I know that this spiritwill live on.
