[Moon] DFS website updated

Hi All,

I've been able to make significant updates to the DFS website in the last few days:

New version information for 124.5MHZ - (x192 to 23904MHz) for 24.048GHz with a 2m IF

New version information for 92.25MHz - (x256 to 23616MHz) for 24.048GHZ with a 432MHz IF.  This one was developed by Brian, GM8BJF

Presentation and Proceedings paper from Munich Amateurfunktagung (Amateur Radio Day) 2008, at which the DFS 124.5MHZ was presented for the first time.

Design resources - a Frequency Calculation sheet (Excel based) so you can play with numbers, and a Configuration document, so when you've finished playing with numbers you can work out which bits you need to build to implement the solution!
