[Moon] elliptical polarization

Hello,

Interesting problems again,,


I have started to think a litte around  Cirkular polarisation and fell over som reading that claimed it was easy to instead get elliptical polarisation if something was not right.


What is the best way to see if it is good cirkularity?.

I have one idea to set up a reference dipol linearly polarised and then rotate it 360 while measure if it is any dip in signalstength from the cirkular antenna.  (should it be possible to put out some small TX power and then measure with a 100 feet distance apart?)
