[Moon] TH-3591B Mitsubishi TWTA

Hi all: 
 
I am looking for the circuit diagram of a TWTA system 
made by Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, possibly in 
1980's. 
This TWTA uses Thomson-CSF TH-3591B TWT for Ku- 
band (14G).  500 watts into the wave-guide output.  

The system consists of TWTA, power supply, dummy load 
with antenna switch, and possibly local control board.  

I need the circuit diagram of the TWTA and PS, at least.  

Some on you saw it in a video show presented by Kohjin 
JR1EDE at a certain EME conference, several years ago.  
This TWTA system was delivered to my shack for 10G EME.  
But recentlyl many of IC's in the control circuit boards were 
damaged.  I think I had better make it into more simple 
TWTA with some protective circuits only.  

Mitsubishi Corp. already stopped the services for this TWTA 
and does not keep the detailed informations any more. 
The client (NHK broadcast satellite) stopped the uplink 
on 14G, and QSY to 18G several years ago.  So there seems 
no way to see the technical informations of the TWTA 
in Japan.  

Any information will be appreciated.
