[Moon] switching HV

Ive done the same as Peter describes for decades, the 144, 432 tropo and 6m 
PAs all hang on the same HT line, but as everyone emphasises, keep zee 
figers out and I also check with the shorting stick which always hangs on 
the front of my racks.
