[Moon] Another object to scatter?

Hello,

Well done, those ISS scatters! Sadly my antenna is not optimized to track this fast flying object, and when they already have problems to cope with doppler on 144MHz, what then on 1296MHz or 2320MHz.

But, recently looking for the ISS visual recordings, I found a note to another object which might be worth a try: Ask uncle G. for "trumpet 3 usa 136". Probably there are some among us really knowing if this object carries a that big dish, but somehow it must be a kind of bigger structure. And since it is on a Molnja style orbit, there are times with a very small doppler and wide visibilty.

The only problem is that the latest element set that I was able to find on www.heavens-above.com is from 2003, and when I enter it into Nova for Windows, the location that Heavens Above shows is quite different to my result. Too much to give it a try.

My questions:
Does either someone know if this object is worth a try and
does someone have later elements of this satellite?
if so, who wants to try?
