[Moon] February result of DUBUS CW activity event,

Hi EME'ers

I was QRV on 144 MHz most of the time in February DUBUS CW activity event. I found poor condition with QSB and weaker signals than normal. I was again very glad to hear the high activity on the band, and mant thanks to all for the QSO.
