[Moon] SV1BTR weekend report

Hi

sri but was finally qrv on 23cm for 30 mins at moonrise Feb. 17 Sunday as 
continuous electrical pwr failures due to heavy winds and snowstorm shut me 
down.

Worked 30 QSOs on Random 1296MHz, Feb. 16/17 in a total of 7 hrs.
Was on for 6.5 hrs in the SSB Contest as i lost electricity for some hrs 
(sorry Gerald K5GW but lost mains right after my 579 cw rst to you), heavy 
winds, snow and ice. Pouring water on the dish climbing high on the tower to 
avoid freezing at midnight and at 3am local was quite an adventure!

SSB: LX1DB  ON7UN  OK1DFC  K1RQG  K2UYH VE6TA  G4CCH (sri for a K5 that i 
finally mised due to splatters..!)  and Sunday at moonrise HB9BBD.
I could have easily worked 5-6 more stations in SSB but i was concentrating 
in cw and most stations called me on that mode.

On Saturday signals and echoes were 4-5db weaker than usual, conditions 
drastically improved after 1730z. Had double echoes for 20 mins, one louder 
by 4db and clear, the weaker one distorted.
