[Moon] Not qrv tonight

Hi

Not qrv tonight on 23cm as i must put back all security screws in the 
azimouth rotator which have fallen off from base and all plate sides due to 
past heavy winds. Luckily i had pass through screws. As it is nightime here 
tomorrow will fix the identified problem asap.

70cm ants are fine now, all aligned and repaired.

Therefore SV1BTR will be qrv in CW/SSB as follows for the weekend:
Saturday Feb.16  1230 -  Sunday  0200 on 23cm (in/out depending on activity)

Maybe also qrv (depending on snow level) on Sunday Feb.15  1400-1600 for the 
DUBUS 70cm activity
event, and perhaps from 1600 onwards on 23cm.
