Hello Zdenek

Even though I am not a user of jt65, I saw with interest the qso details 
from your digital Contest operation at 
http://www.ok1dfc.com/EME/1296/jt65c/dubdig08.htm

Could someone help me by explaining why during your good QSO with Franta 
OK1CA the programm was also decoding OH3AWW? Obviously OK1CA had a jumping 
QRG in the beginning: the last few seconds of his transmission the TX QRG 
jumped
down by quite a number of Hz. When OK1DFC let the program make a decode on 
this few seconds the result was a false decode with OH3AWW.

Zdenek you wrote that it was a temperature stability problem in your 
transverter. At this dt value of 6.8 and the -12db it is the KV decoder 
working, no? But the KV decoder would present no decode, and 6.8dt seems 
rather strange. Looks like Deep Search decoder was activated?

Higher up i saw dt of 6.6 and -33db with no decode. So eventually was it a 
problem of Deep Search decoder being enabled at any point, or any software 
issue, which  - coupled with the instablity - caused this decode of OH3AWW 
instead of OK1CA which was the correct one?

Perhaps Joe, K1JT could explain to us better this behavior of jt65 that you 
encountered and what the programm does by trying to compensate. An answer to 
this ''new something''; as with the tree Jan PA3FXB mentioned for example. 
Shed some light to those incidents, for those of us wishing to learn more, 
is welcome. And especially if i have misunderstood something.
