[Moon] QSL Cards .. intimidation

Not to extend or refire this argument/discussion, but Steve's is actually a
good idea- I certainly respect anyone's desire NOT to QSL, but please- let
those of us who DO like exchanging them know that you don't- a note in your
QRZ.com listing to that effect will tell us. Then we won't waste your time
or our money, and you won't get dumped with cards you don't want or
inquiries about whether or not you received our card(s).
Seems simple enough.

I think problems such as those that you and others have experienced can be
alleviated by doing either of the following two things:
- respond to QSL's received in a timely manner....
or
- add a note to your qsl.com / Buckmaster info that you DO NOT QSL and WILL
NOT RESPOND TO ANY QSL's SENT.
