[Moon] Dubus April 12/13 report VK3NX

Hi All
As Peter wrote, cross band operation has been familier and successful in 
a couple of years, but I (we) still feel frustration as the people like 
to listen around .100 and not listen below .070.
On 2424, four Japanese stations are on at separate spots like .070, 
.080, .090 and .110 (.100 for CQ). Which position do you think to have 
advantage ?

I hope 13cm cross-banders to look around wider spectrum, please.
Personally I think time division window between specific continents to 
be revived.
