Ivo, the basic problem with the Conference decrees is that the conference  
attendees don't represent the majority of the eme operators today. By and large, 
 the conference attendees are cw operators and only a few digital operators.  
Obviously, any decisions made at a conference will be slanted toward the 
desires  of cw operators.
 
The digital group is much larger than the cw group now and not that  
interested in what the cw group thinks about their operating habits and  procedures. I 
suspect most digital ops don't understand what the problem is all  about.
