Dear Petros

I totally agree with what you & Peter SM2CEW write regarding ARRL EME
Competition.
I believe that none of the problems discussed though, has taken place
because the new Contest Branch Manager KX9X is not really trying
hard. Because he is! We must also keep in mind that he is serving the
post for the last 6 months, having an HF background. So yes, there
have been mistakes in the listings that in no terms should not have
happened, but is this the biggest of problems?

Because I am afraid the real reason for the justified, angry voices of
people with great history and credibility in Moonbounce Contest
Operation, lies elsewhere...
You see the person who is in open communication with ARRL wrote to me
2 days ago that all these problems - and especially not checking the
logs vs the logger extracts (he also received the latter since
December 11) so as to reward those that respect the rules - , are a
very minor issue......and too much fuss about nothing !!!

But in in his reply to DL5MAE, he writes that logs must had been
checked vs the rules! And also that ARRL Contest Branch is incompetent
re the mistakes in the results! Whereas in his public mails he praises
them!
We all know that his role in current contest rules creation is evident
(and can be proven if so desired), but in his public mails he says
SM2CEW is imagining all these.
Please.....!!!!
How can the Contest progress and EME analog and digital community
unite, when a certain person with a key ARRL position and a leading
role in digital EME, speaks two languages? Sorry, but in my eyes honor
has always one side, not two.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Final: on another note, those like LZ1BB whose sole interest is
request Contest rules to fake in anyway possible real achievement,
corrupting the truth and credibility, who speak & accuse stations with
Great EME history and contribution to analog modes and Contests, i
strongly recommend them to respect themselves first before talking
nonsense. Because in all the analog community eyes they make a fool of
themselves with such statements.
