Dear Joe, 

yes, I informed the Contest Commitee about rule violation and cheating right after the contest! 

I send the paper directly to the contest branch in Newington, CT, USA.

Comparing to the result list I see its just ignored! 

Thanks for the QSO in DUBUS TEST! Great sigs from your side!
