[Moon] VHF: K6PF QRT Today in DUBUD Contest

Hello 2m EME Friends:

I listened on 2m CW fm my moonrise today at 1930z until 2030z & could not 
hear any stations or my own echos so went QRT for the day.  We're having 
warm, dry, Santa Ana winds today & tomorrow which causes a tremendously high 
noise level.  I will listen again tomorrow at ~2030z which is my moonrise. 
However, if the winds continue, I will go QRT then also.
