[Moon] ARI CW EME contest report

Dear All,
At moonrise on the first day of ARI a miracle occurred here during 70cm TX tests that transformed one of the coax relays contacts and pins into gun powder!!!
Some time later, after recabling, I was relieved to realise I could at least operate on 2m.
Condx on 2m during the first hours of Saturday were really poor with even libration fading present (???!!!). Later in the day propagation was variable with good and bad periods. On Sunday condx were much better with little or conveniently fast Faraday rotation, I cannot be sure as I only have linear Hpol on 2m.
Participation was relatively good (could be better) and thanks to persistence in CQ calling from some stations 2m EME was kept alive, to name a few of those heroes: I1AXE, F1FLA, G3ZIG, OK1MS, IK3MAC.
I was happy to work KB8RQ after many years and K1JT for the first time, but quite disappointed that I did not copy any other station from North America.
