Paul is onsite near Tooele, Utah in DN30to southwest of the SLC, Utah
area

He will be able to see the moon on Sept 1 at 0438Z (Az 79 El 10) or
maybe earlier. He believes he can see down to abt 6 degrees to the east
and about 10 degrees to the west.
