Congratulations to all EME guys that entered in the ARRL EME Compe this year, which seems really busy with good conditions.

Please understand I am NOT intended to bother or irritate my good friends Lars SM4IVE, Joe K1JT, Jay K5JT, and othres.

Anyone can give me a clear answer (or nearly a clear one) on the following questions? English sentenses are hard for me.
Only 2007 Rules is in this discussion, and I know it will advance in the future. No joking, pelase.

I guess (but have no evidence) that this rule change might be a big compromise to introduce the degital mode to this contest.
But also I hope this rule would not produce another fighting from the both sides, because of not pointing out what is to be done clearly for assisted categories. See the rule, below.

Please make it for example, on 144 MHz any mode, my questions are:

1) What communications methods other than EME can you use for assisted categories? Please count with concrete names.

2) If someone who is calling JH1KRC for many minutes unseucessfully, just see the writing by someone else on a logger that JH1KRC is operating with V-polarization, and then he changes the pol. and succeeds in contact to JH1KRC, he should submit the log to assisted category. Am I right?

3) If someone is in contact with JH1KRC but missed a part of the report to receive, he requests JH1KRC to send his report again by internet or telephone, in such situation in the contest, he has to begin the contact to JH1KRC from the first moment, and should not continue the present contact. Assisted rule allows this.
 Am I right?

4) According to the rule 5.3.4 and 5.3.8, who can actually submit the log for these assisted categories?

I know I ask you very idiotic questions, but I have to make it for sure...if possible. Thank you for your help.

 73es,

Mike JH1KRC
