[Moon] HB9BBD not in ARRL EME 23cm

HB9BBD was not available for the first leg of the contest on 23cm. I plan to
be there on the second weekend for some hours. This time I will focus on
single weekend contests. Usually the second weekend is worse than boring
after 80% of all contacts made in the first weekend. This way I may help
those who take the full pain of two weekends to enrich the second part with
just another qso. 

I will try to find the many missed #initials by calling after sk of a qso
some 3KHz up or down.
