[Moon] [Moon-net] Iono absorbsion or Unusual Libration??

Hi Peter & All;

I am just now looking at Lunar Phase Pro, and I guess in are in the 
12 year cycle that we experienced back in the 80, 90, and now 
2007,   the moon is as close to the Earth as it will be again for 
another 12 years.......this also accounts for the Second echo effect 
that I had experienced in the 80 & 90.......not enough power right to 
see, or hear it, hi.............Joe K1RQG has offered to lone me his 
YL-1050 Cavity until I get mine finished and will pick it up this 
Thursday, good Lord Willing??

Back to the Moon situation, the moon is close enough to the Earth to 
be influenced by the gravitational effects of Earth, therefore 
slowing down Liberation a,d to some extent extending the length of 
each rocking motion.  Lunar Liberation this weekend was typically +/- 
9Degrees and will slowly diminish as months progress until it get 
back to around 4Degees.

With the Moon being so close Earth a second echo can been heard from 
Hugh Craters on the surface that normally would not be detectable. As 
far as absorption is concerned there was at least locally Northern 
Geo-magnetic storms occurring, and we  supposed to be able to see 
them from here, but WX covered that up but good.

I am certainly no expert in this field, and can only believe what the 
software and Metrologist were predicting, hi
