HS2JSW will demonstrate 2m EME Nov. 30-Dec.01.
Still their 23cm license is not issued, although.
Look for the details.

In Bangkok electric markets, some HF to VHF parts are available 
but no microwave items. 
Any help to support Thai EME activities would be appreciated.
