Hi Folks;
By Golly reading all these Fine Reports, for the first time it looks
like I am the winner with 1 (one contact) and on CW he, he, he
Am I reading this correctly, first time I have seen it....getting
Older & much, much SLOWER..... perhaps????

QUOTE From ARRL EME Rules:
7.3 Exchange:
For a valid contact to occur each station must send and receive both
call signs and a signal report in any mutually understood format,
plus a complete acknowledgment of the calls and report. Partial or
incomplete QSOs should be indicated on your log, but not counted for
contest credit. Stations may be worked once per mode (Analog and
Digital) per band for credit. UNQUOTE.

Is this telling me I can work VE???? on CW & AGAIN on JT, and count
them each as a Separate Contact & Multiplier.
Experience has shown me that I can work approx. 80% of my Contacts
during the FIRST HALF of the contest...speaking primarily of 23cm.

Then Second half on first Moon work the few I missed or, was not
there, during the FIRST HALF..........NOW I can switch to JT and work
nearly all of these same STATIONS AGAIN and submit AGAIN as ANOTHER
Multiplier......assuming they all operate JT......which I do not. No
disliking of JT, simply lack of time.

Will someone TELL me I am WRONG PLEASE, or can I USE THIS as lack of
ARRL understanding, and why I STOPPED Subscriptions some years ago.

FOR PITY SAKE do NOT take this as a DISLIKE of JT, quite the Opposite
Really, but as a DOUBLE Multiplier in a Contest.....Give me a break please.

Regards, Thanks & Sincerely, Darrell
