[Moon] EME lockout?

If you have a couple of minutes left, This maybe could be of some interest to read.


Sometimes some of us  feels like we have a lockout that we feel we cant explain with faraday, QSB or Aurora.  When i was reading this article where it stands it affects GPS signals i was starting to wonder.
