[Moon] Assisted, 2007 ARRL International EME Competition

Hello Lars, 

Problems around 'assisted' lie not only in the use of JT, but 
aslo in the analog modes.   The same problems happend many 
years back in the HF contests scene; then the rules changed 
to allow assisted categories, in which entry is NOT limited for 
small stations only.   It means, assisted is assisted. 
This is the difference from our problems in face.  

Actually a hard-disc of anyone,even if whose station is small or 
not, will reflect for EME.  That's a problem!  (And not JT itself...)
