Hello EME Friends

Yesterday,  I had a short contact with some local
hams on SSB and it seemed my sigs were poor.
I knew that, but not that it was THAT bad !
So today, I took the tower down to remove the array
and will give it some carefull inspection. For this I'll
take my time and so do not know when I'll be
back with the array.
Fortunately I also found another minor mechanical
failure and have repaired that immediately.

I installed an old 10 ele K5GW and to my surprise 
it was not performing less than the array, just by a 
certain feeling,  because one can never make a real
compare this way.
But it indicates there is something very wrong with
one or several yagis and hope to fix that.
I now am even more surprised that I could hear
Jimmy, Marko and Lucien still soo good :-)
Hopefully when all is fixed I receive sigs just as I
want them to be :-)))
I also hope to have the PA3BIY LNA ready by then 
with separate TX/RX cables.
(Does anyone know how important the 'quality' of
this RX cable has to be, because losses will be
overcome due to the LNA gain. But maybe there
is another arguement ,which I am not aware off , 
in installing good quality cable ? )
Off course I will try to be qrv in next Dubus events, 
but it'll be with a single yagi. ( Off course do not want
to miss some good ES either )
