Hello Friends,

I was not QRV for the 1st Session but was active for the 2nd. Strong winds and driving rain were forecast for the UK today and so I was not sure if I would be active. The rain's arrived but the wind is moderate. I was hearing excellent echoes before the 2nd Session and at 10.00z prompt was called by Stan, OK1MS who had a good 529 signal. I went on to work LZ2US, SV1BTR (539/549), IK1FJI (539/539) & YO2AMU. I heard F1FLA at 539 but he was busy with a mini pile-up, so I QSY'd to call CQ on 046. When I later returned to his QRG he was gone! I heard Joe, CT1HZE at 529 working SV1BTR, but unfortunately never came across him later. I heard and called SM2?MS, but conditions after the 1st hour started to deteriorate and I lost my echoes for the next hour. I was about this time that some G's were working Sp.E into EA6 and I4. All in all, another enjoyable event. Here's to the next....
