[Moon] QSO or not?

after 24 years this week I have received a QSL for a QSO  of 12 Aug. 
1983 at 20.00 gmt 144.037 EME CW,  my CALL was C30LAO, WA4NJP now he 
will have a new DXCC "C3",
"better later than never..." in that time there weren't  PCL, Inet so 
not vy easy to konw who is the name and address of operator.

If someone have worked a QSO Tropo, MS, EME with  C31MH - C31LD - 
C30LD - C30LAO  on 2 mt. band  in summer holiday frm.1980  to 
1985,  I have always the log and QSL (vintage  good for museum). Not 
necessary to send $ or IRC
