[Moon] EME news from SM7

Hello MoonBouncers


I got some answears about 144mhz antennas on my last letter and i am working on some ideas what my next antenna shall look like.(i think beating faraday is my maingoal over maximum gain,,)


I wanted to share some info what is going on in SM7 and it sure looks good for the future.

My 2X16EL antenna goes to an old signal that have been again interested in VHF and he also likes the Moon,,,,

I have today a friend in SM7 visiting and i have with some connections got him a ring as seen on the G4NNS page to his dish project   http://myweb.tiscali.co.uk/g4nns/newazel.html     He have a similar dish as i have  (solid 4 metre)

He also have a friend that i shall try to find a ring for who owns a even bigger dish so it is with big interest i see what will come on the Moon from South SM coming years.


And the best of it?  Its people who thinks that CW EME is the real deal HI!!

PS: My own 1296  4M dish project goes on in a slow thoughtfull speed but it goes forward for sure
