[Moon] AC audio voltmeter via soundcard

Hi Phil and others

I have been thinking about exactly the same thing.
I'm now using a voltmeter for sun measurements, but it
would be handy to use the computer fore this kind of thing.
I haven't found any usable software so far.

WSJT have a dB measurement feature, but only 1 dB resolution.
