[Moon] FB eme condx today/yesterday

I just worked VK4AFL on 1296.014 MHz with really excellent signals and echoes are really loud. I noticed the same thing yesterday evening on 432MHz and 2320 MHz as well. The excess loss is only ~0.5-0.8 dB but I think there is something else happening as well, the libration rate is slow and so there are long periods with little fading, especially at moonrise/moonset.
Last night the Faraday rotation on 432 seemed very low as well, with that and the low libration some of the EME signals sounded like tropo, in fact I thought G4RGK's was tropo until I found his real (very weak) tropo signal 700 Hz up!
