[Moon] 2M DUBUS event - VA3TO

A winter storm rolled through my area on Friday night and into Saturday 
morning. I was only on the air for about 1.5 hours during the 2nd window.

- Worked IK3MAC. 
- Heard someone on 144.053.  Replied QRZ with my callsign a couple of 
times but could not pull them out. No others heard.
