Peter,

Thanks for the post. Frankly I find that encouraging. I for one won't be 
upset if they scrape the whole project since it is a serious threat to 
1296 weak signal and 1268 satellite uplink activities. Not sure the 
world (except for the corporate world) needs still another GPS system.
