I have only had one virus since i have been using the computor 20 years now
   
  remember all the virus protection in the world dos not good unless you keep it up to date and set it up coreectly

If you are not using the free "Ad-Aware SE" yet, do yourself a
favor and download it from Lavasoft.com ASAP!

Please let me know your experiences, difficulties and successes.
