[Moon] ARRL EME Contest

Hi All, 

the results of ARRL EME COntest are out. 
Its very disappointing to see that several stations are still  
listed although they were using chats/loggers/assisstance etc.

I also wonder if the CHECKLOG-listed stations are disqualifications 
or just checklogs? The explanation  on the ARRL-web-site is very strange. 
Perhaps its a first (good step) by ARRL to bring the contest back into a 
RADIOcontest, like it was for many years.
