[Moon] Morse sending and receivng programmes

 Im looking for a ( preferably freeware ) programme that will translate  a word or text file to  morse code and drive a tx, either by tone ( preferred) or digital interface, and a programme that will do the inverse, take the morse that comes out of the phone socket and translate it to a word/text file.
If anyone has experience with such a programme or knows of one I'd like to hear from them.
As I'm not the greatest whiz with PCs, the simpler it is the better, the TX /RX interfaces I can sort out OK.
 This is for an interesting eme experiment that someone wishes me to carry out.
