I am the team leader of the Project BIG-DISH.
Thank you for your comment.

Your comment is correct; we know that as in Japan, 
there is no third-party communication allowed.
So as I wrote in my statement, I will send the children's names.

I didn't inetnd that children will transmit.  I hope you would understand what I suggest about. 

If you can agree to my idea, and you can operate 23 cm, 
please come on and just say hello to someone listening to you.
