Hello,

I'm not RF designer but data sheet from Microsemi clearly state these
devices are "For L-Band _Pulsed_ Radar Application"
800W is output power specified when running with 10% duty cycle and no
more than 300us pulse width. So don't expect to get average (CW) power
higher than 80W only. Surely there devices from other manufacturers
designed for (linear) CW operation with higher output on 23cm band.
