[Moon] DJ9BV noise figure meter ITT switch needed

I am in need of SW1 an ITT-Alcatel SBL11/SBL15 4 position 6 pole switch to
complete a DJ9BV MkII PANFI. Does anyone have one lying around? Perhaps you
started to build the meter and then got distracted? I have searched the
internet for the last few days but there is appears to be no source of this
switch.
