[Moon] RD3DA 23cm EME activity

Hello moon-net.

One more station from Moscow area starts to operate on 23cm EME. Yuri RD3DA is 
QRV around 2UTC and after 13UTC work days. He will be active coming week-end 
whole window. 

Mostly he is active with JT65C. Look for him in 23cm JT65C activity logger.
