 Hi All!

Tom's note ringed me a bell...
Browsing the net I found another note from an american guy on a linear power modul designed especially for HAM purposes delivering some 100-120W output. It was a few monthes earlier. Unfortunately I forgot to bookmark or print it... My internet browser has also purged it out of his history... It is something like I0JXX's module: http://www.i0jxx.it/PA/1296/150MOD1296.JPG . Can anybody recall the source and provide me his callsign, homepage, email address or any other information?

Here is a follow up on the devices.
Demo units available.

contact psm at microsemi.com
see for more info, up to 800 watts out in a device on 1.3 GHz,
note these are shown to be radar units,
need to be looked at if usable for EME power amp.
