Please notice that the first one was released in 2002 and the datasheet
updated in 2003. The second was dated 2002. So these are hardly new devices.

The first is rated for 250w
The second is rated at 35w

but..... only for 1msec pulses with a duty cycle of 10%

I strongly suggest not wasting time with radar parts as they will burn out when
used for cw or ssb.
