I am very sad to hear of Harry's passing. I visited him when I was working in Florida in 1994 and had a very enjoyable ragchew about PAs and LNAs, he was a skilled builder of gear and I particularly recall the 20m run of homemade airspaced 3" coax to the dish! We worked a few times since then, the last time in the 2005 ARRL test, and exchanged emails on feed  improvements.
A real EME man....RIP Harry.
