[Moon] Protocol based on assumption.

Gentlemen
Well now it is out in the open .. confirmed yes .... but probably
only part of it.
We have a digital protocol derived from a precedent based on assumption which
is only partly relevant until fairly recently.
We also know that an "O" is a third of a bit, and a CW QSO comprises of 3 bits
which is 5 times less valid than the protocol derived from the precedent!
All mind blowing stuff intended to convince persons that the actual
data transfer via a RF path
conforms with a definition irrelevant to the mode and it is in fact
no different to CW. (actually better)
Data fed into the path by keyboard or software is no different than
the ability of a CW operator
to cheat. In fact it is the precedent on which the protocol has been
designed .. unquote.
One has to smile at the audacity of it all.
