[Moon] Dubus 144 MHz CW EME Activity event, February

Many thanks gentlemen for your reports from the Dubus CW Activity event in
February! 

Despite the fact that moon hours were not favourable in all places (prime
TV-time in Eu), there were a lot of stations QRV. 
Very glad to see many new stations sending reports. 

Remember, if you did not make a contact this time, there's always a chance
in the coming events. This is the whole purpose of our concept, to sponsor
activity and let people enjoy the challenge of making a CW EME contact.

I am thankful for all pictures I receive, so pse keep them coming. No
reason to hide good pictures in folders on your own computers, let's share
them with the EME community!
