I agree with you but frankly, this solutions calls for early listing in the
"Silent-key" column of local ham magazine. Think about the negative lead

Just connect the HV supply to all amps, no need to switch. The HV won't
damage
a tube that has no heater or grid voltages switched on.
Be careful, keep fingers out of "cold" amps..
