[Moon] Use 28 volt relay on 12 volt DC/ Activity report 22 dec

24V relays will work on 12V DC but a little speedup can be helpful..

Ive seen a diagram on a Website of an Italian VHF station but I can't recall
his callsign, maybe someone on the reflector can ?

Still cold wx, and lot of ice-fog at the EME site, the near Lake Tyrifjord
is still without ice   and make a lot of fog, so signals on 23 cm is lower
than usual...........
